The game takes place in the world of Redview County. Like previous installments, this is an open world that pits the player against fellow racers and cops. Also Need for Speed Rivals feature with jumps, many obstacles and speed traps. The theme Need for Speed is the same and follows racing against AI, police chases, unlock cars as well as more racing areas. New AllDrive mode is available in the game. It allows for single-player gamers to change into multiplayer easily. This means that players can be in a multiplayer event on the fly when they are playing the campaign or offline mode.
In Need for Speed Rivals MacBook Version, you can personalize several vehicles. If you like, you can change paint colors, paint finish or custom the licence plates. Speed Points are important. When you complete challenges or events during gameplay, you earn those points. Then you may spent them on new items, upgrading weapons or new vehicles. You are able to use weapons against other drivers depending on the faction you represent. In this game are eleven available weapons. Each can be upgrade as you progresses through the game.

There are three presets to AllDrive in Need for Speed Rivals . You must select from, before starting the game Remember that you can change these presets at any given point. The first one allows connection to all other players, friends and other players. The second one restricts the access to friends only. The last one keeps the game just local. Also does’t allow any online players to join the player’s game. If they want, players can have a complete single player experience without having to be always connected to the internet.

Simple Install Instructions:
– Download Porting Kit (if you don’t have it already).
– Get the Need for Speed – Hot Pursuit serial (if you don’t have it already)
– On the Porting Kit library –> server tab search for Need for Speed Hot Pursuit
– Click “Install” and let Porting Kit install the Windows Origin.
– After successful installation login into Origin and add the serial
– Go to your preferences of Origin and turn off “ingame Origin” and “Automatically update the game” (select-box). If you don’t do that, the game will freeze at launch. So make sure this is turned off , also when playing any other game in Origin. Then click play to start (will ask to update, don’t do that).
– Download the game (Origin will crash at the end of installation)
– Login into origin again and launch the game! Yep thats it!
